This is an interim notice, not the final policy. Charlie Care's full Privacy Policy is being prepared with legal counsel and reviewed by the Clinical Advisory Board. It will replace this page before Charlie Care connects anyone to a live conversation with a volunteer. This page exists so nobody is asked to agree to something that does not load.
The volunteer platform is open for people to apply, be interviewed, and train. The live crisis queue is not armed. No member of the public is being connected to a volunteer yet, and no crisis conversation is being handled through this service.
When you apply you give us your name, contact details, and your answers to the application and training questions. Charlie Care uses these to decide whether to invite you to interview and to certify you. They are not sold, and they are not shared for advertising.
Charlie Care is not yet a live crisis service, so please do not wait on us.
